Terms & Conditions — Mega8888 Platform Rules

Welcome to Mega8888. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and Mega8888 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the Mega8888 online casino, sportsbook, and related services available at mega8888.cam and its associated sub-domains.

Mega8888 is operated under an internationally issued gaming licence. The Platform is made available to eligible players globally, including Malaysian residents, subject to the eligibility requirements set out in Section 3 below. Nothing in these Terms constitutes an assertion that online gambling is legal under Malaysian domestic law; players are solely responsible for determining the legality of their participation in online gambling under the laws of their jurisdiction.

By creating an account, accessing the Platform, making a deposit, or placing a bet, you represent that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

The following definitions apply throughout these Terms:

To register and maintain an account on Mega8888, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

1. Age: You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. This age requirement applies to all players, including those accessing the Platform from Malaysia. Mega8888 enforces a strict 21+ policy and reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Any account found to be held by a player under 21 will be immediately closed and any balance forfeited.
2. Legal Capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
3. Single Account: Each player may hold only one (1) registered account. Duplicate or multiple accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of balances.
4. Not a Mega8888 Employee: Current employees, contractors, directors, and immediate family members of Mega8888 or its affiliated companies are not eligible to hold player accounts.
5. Jurisdiction: You are solely responsible for ensuring that accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. Mega8888 makes no warranty that its services are legal or available in any specific location.
6. Self-Exclusion: You must not have voluntarily self-excluded from Mega8888 or any other gambling platform and then attempted to re-register during the self-exclusion period.

To register a Mega8888 account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and contact number. You agree to maintain and promptly update this information to ensure it remains accurate at all times.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. Mega8888 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to safeguard your credentials. If you suspect that your account has been compromised, you must contact our support team immediately.

KYC Verification. Mega8888 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Prior to processing your first withdrawal — and at any point thereafter at Mega8888's reasonable discretion — you may be required to submit valid government-issued identification (such as a Malaysian MyKad or passport) and proof of your payment method. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal restrictions. KYC data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Mega8888 reserves the right to reject any registration application without providing reasons, at its sole discretion.

Mega8888 supports a range of Malaysian payment methods for deposits and withdrawals, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, Hong Leong Bank, and select cryptocurrencies (BTC, ETH, USDT, BNB). All account balances are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

Deposits. Deposits are processed in real time. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction. Mega8888 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be KYC verified before your first withdrawal is processed.
• All applicable wagering requirements on any active bonus must have been met in full.
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed the daily or periodic limits applicable to your account tier.
• The withdrawal method must be the same method used for your most recent deposit, unless an exception is approved by our support team.
• Processing times are indicative: e-wallets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) typically within 5 minutes; DuitNow/FPX within 5–15 minutes; bank wire within 15–60 minutes. Actual times may vary.

Mega8888 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on any withdrawal request, which may delay processing. Players will be notified if additional information is required.

Mega8888 may offer bonuses, promotional credits, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives ("Promotions") from time to time. All Promotions are subject to specific terms that will be communicated at the point of offer. The following general principles apply to all Promotions:

• Bonus Funds are separate from your real-money balance and are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. Wagering requirements, eligible games, and time limits will be specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonuses are intended for genuine recreational play only. Bonus abuse — including the creation of multiple accounts, collusion, or using Bonus Funds solely to trigger withdrawal eligibility without genuine wagering — is prohibited and will result in forfeiture and account closure.
• Mega8888 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any Promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Where a Promotion specifies a minimum odds requirement (for sports bets), wagers placed at lower odds will not count towards wagering requirements.
• The 2% cryptocurrency deposit bonus is subject to a minimum qualifying deposit and carries a wagering requirement. Full terms are displayed at the time the bonus is claimed.

The following general rules apply to all gaming and betting activity on Mega8888. Specific rules for individual games and betting markets are available within the Platform and form part of these Terms.

• Bet Placement: All bets are final once confirmed. Players are responsible for reviewing all bet details before confirming. Mega8888 is not obligated to cancel a confirmed bet due to player error.
• System Errors: In the event of a technical fault, connectivity issue, or software malfunction that materially affects the outcome of a game or bet, Mega8888 reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and return stakes to the player's account. No compensation beyond stake return will be provided in such circumstances.
• Incomplete Games: If a live casino session is interrupted (due to connectivity issues on either side), the round may be voided and stakes returned. Mega8888 will not be liable for the loss of potential winnings resulting from a disconnection.
• Sports Betting: Odds are subject to change prior to bet confirmation. The odds displayed at the time of confirmed placement are the odds that apply. Mega8888 covers Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, UEFA Champions League, UFC, and other major sporting events. Market-specific rules are available within each event listing.
• Maximum Winnings: Mega8888 applies maximum win limits per bet and per day. These limits are displayed within the Platform and vary by game type and player account tier.
• RNG Integrity: All slot and table game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) that produce statistically independent, unpredictable results. No player, including the Platform's own employees, can predict or manipulate outcomes.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on Mega8888. Breach of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and where appropriate, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own name or any alias.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete personal information during registration or KYC.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using software, bots, algorithms, or any automated means to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for natural human players.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or to exploit promotional terms.
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, errors in odds, or technical malfunctions for financial gain.
• Conducting or facilitating money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity through the Platform.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Territory using a VPN or other means of IP obfuscation.
• Engaging in charge-back fraud or reversing payment transactions after bets have been placed or bonuses claimed.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing Mega8888 support staff or other players through any communication channel.

Mega8888 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We recognise that for most players, gambling is a form of entertainment — but we also acknowledge that for some individuals, it can become problematic. The following tools and resources are available to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within their account settings. Once set, a reduction takes effect immediately; an increase requires a 24-hour cooling-off period before it becomes active.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any Platform content without Mega8888's prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Mega8888, its directors, employees, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform — including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of anticipated savings.

Mega8888's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Termination by the Player. You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining (excluding unvested Bonus Funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

Termination by Mega8888. Mega8888 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Provision of false or misleading information;
• Suspected fraud, collusion, or money laundering;
• Conduct deemed harmful to the integrity of the Platform or other players;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period;
• Account inactivity (no login) for a continuous period exceeding 12 months, subject to applicable dormancy notice procedures.

Where an account is closed due to breach of these Terms, Mega8888 reserves the right to forfeit any balance held in that account, including real-money funds, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which Mega8888 holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction, unless an alternative dispute resolution mechanism is agreed in writing between the parties.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Mega8888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will notify registered players via email or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect. For non-material changes, the updated Terms will take effect immediately upon publication.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account as described in Section 12.

The version of these Terms currently in force is the version dated 1 January 2026. Previous versions are available on request.
